This policy explains how RJ Property Visuals ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit this website or book our services. RJ Property Visuals is run by Raphael John and is responsible for your information.
Email RJPropertyVisuals@gmail.com or call 07950 290066.
When you send a booking request we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, agency or company, the property address, the service and property size, your preferred date and time, access arrangements and any notes. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp we keep the details of that conversation.
We use your information because it is needed to provide the service you have asked for, and for our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.
Only the services we use to run the business: our website host, our email provider, and, for EPCs, the official EPC register and accreditation scheme as the law requires. We may also share information if required by law.
Booking requests that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed jobs and invoices are kept for up to six years for accounting and tax purposes.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we aim to reply within a week, and always within one month.
